Lucas emailed me about setting up a photo shoot for him and his girlfriend, Michelle, and after we had scheduled a time he emailed me back and wrote, “Secretly, between you and me, I also plan to propose to her WHILE we’re doing the photos.”

Michelle had no idea this was coming and was pleasantly surprised.

Josh and Anne. adorable.

I recently made a trip to Vancouver Island, and met these two for an engagement shoot. They are just the CUTEST. I had so much fun hanging out with them and taking photos, and I’m super stoked for their wedding in a few weeks.

anddddd these two are pretty much the most photogenic people evvvvver.

I first met Jenn and Justin last year in Prince Edward Island, when I photographed Jenn’s sister, Jessica’s, family beach wedding. We had kept in touch, emailing back and forth throughout the year, and I was SUPER stoked when Jenn had asked me to come back to PEI this year to photograph her and Justin on their wedding day. I had such a great time while I was in PEI, and I am so grateful for Jenn, Justin, and their whole family for making me feel so welcome in their homes. There are many things that I loved about Jenn and Justin’s wedding from the beautiful beach location, and the handmade napkins/biodegradable cutlery, to the Dan Mangan playing during the reception, and the constant laughter that was caused by being around hilarious people all weekend.

Thankyou Jenn and Justin for being such a rad couple. I look forward to seeing you both again in the future!

and before you look at all the lovely photos, I just really want to give a shout out to Jessica… thankyou for making my weekend by sitting next to me at the reception and asking me to take out your bobby pins. I owe you one.
